 We will be meeting as a Club at Parkrose Hardware on NE 164th Ave and 1st Steet at 7:30am. We will be leaving at 7:40am to go as a group to the clean up. Everyone is invited, just bring some gloves and we will see you there!!!!!!

Cahri and the midgets will be there for sure. After meeting you all last night shes pretty amped about joining and hanging out with you all.. i feel the same, so if i can manage to get off the boat sat ill be there to

Here is the info. on the Yacolt Burn T-shirts that I talked about at the meeting.

 

 

Following please find the draft artwork for the Yacolt Burn ORV Recreation Area FUND RAISING SHIRT DESIGN.



These shirts will also have listed on the back the sponsors that contributed to purchasing the shirt orders. So far Region 3 of the Pacific Northwest 4-Wheel Drive Association and Northwest Off-road Outfitters have bought in for this project - there will be up to 3 more sponsors for this shirt fund raiser. The buy-in is $250 minimum and the contributor will get their business name on the shirts as well as one free shirt of their choice.

ALL of the proceeds from the sale of these shirts will go DIRECTLY to the Yacolt Burn Trails Fund.

At this time, I am asking everyone to put your pre-orders in ASAP (by end of day Sunday 9/20/09) for size and color of shirt that you will want to purchase.

The available shirt colors are BLACK and SAND(light tan).

Black is available in both T-Shirts and Hoodys from Small up to 3XL
Sand is available in T-Shirts from Small up to 3XL
Sand is available in Hoodys from Small up to 2XL

The pricing schedule is not set in stone yet - but T-shirts will likely be somewhere between $12-15 each and Hoody's will be somewhere between $25 and $28. Remember this is a fund-raiser and ALL proceeds will go DIRECTLY to the Yacolt Burn Trails Fund.

Obviously, I will be ordering extra stock that I hope to have in time for sale at the Pick Up the Burn as well as at the Cruise-In.

Pre-ordering ensures that everyone has a chance to get the size and color that they want without depleting the base stock that will be for sale at the events.

This shirt may only go to print one time and this may be your only opportunity to get your very own piece of history for the the beginning stages of the creation of Yacolt Burn ORV Recreation Area.

Great shirts - thanks for posting Marty! 

We will be there for the clean up. 

those shirts are great. and for a good cause too. If anyone is putting a order together I would like one(black xxl) please. clean up sounds like fun but we have soccer on sat. did see them take 2 wrecked cars out of jones creek this week so maybe that will help...at least for a few weeks...

If anybody else wants shirts post it up here. I will pick them up for you at the clean up then I can get them to you. I will check here for orders on Friday before.

 All of the shirts that people requested got preordered. They will all be at the clean up on Saturday. If anybody else wants shirts they will be available there. Pistons Wild called me this morning and got our order. There will be more shirts for sale, they just wanted to get the preorders set aside.
